The ones I've seen are concentrated in a few blocks (but there may be more).The colors really POP and they are excellently kept up, meaning not some gang hangout.Maybe a peoples Pride thing, or one owner just likes this color scheme (branding) and keeps using it on rentals.Any knowledge or thoughts about it?
