Pittsburgh is a nice city but doesn't has as much going for it as STR locations like the beaches and mountain areas so curious if your STR attracts wedding, job relocations, and/or sports events.Thanks again!

I have some airbnbs, and for now I have created the mails and the phones for each one, but it is a whole process proving the identity of the host as I have to give him his account with the new mail, and guide him through the steps of verifying (ID and selfie) each time.I believe it’s ruining the image of us as a property management company and I would like just to take care of everything and  not bother them with that.

DALLE-2 was software that could generate new artwork and images based on the entry of a text description, often rendered in impeccable detail.

So, right now I'm working with a realtor and mortgage broker (aiming for FHA Loan) and planning a wedding.

I have an awesome house, not on the beach (by choice) but close enough plus walking distance to the walking bridge into the city as well as wedding venues, restaurants and bars and all the tourist attractions.

Wed like to start looking and buy something during the fall winter so we can remodel and have it ready for the summer rental season and see we can visit as well.

This property definitely has great potential and multiple revenue streams with it offering wedding services, family reunions etc but in talking with the agent it seems it hasn't been managed well over the last few years and needs someone to come in and breathe new life back into the property.

Problem is if one of those pipes develop a leak and you have to start messing with the pipe........Do a google image search for asbestos so you can get a good idea of what to look for.The more you see it and variants of it the more familiar you will become with it.regards,Chris
