We turned a closet into a bathroom, a study into a bedroom, added a brand new kitchen, refined flooring, opened top the space by cutting out a wall and adding an eating space, handmade radiator covers, restored historic stained glass windows and an epic fireplace!

No way a provider will sell them though since they can't control how you use it and they don't want to have any liability if someone violates the law using a list they provided.Looking at the glass half full if you have to make your own lists there will be a lot less people doing mailings.

Another reason for the new construction, and this is just my humble opinion: I am looking at the dropbox photos and TBH, even when putting on my rose-colored glasses and envisioning the finished rehab job, I don't find the house appealing.
