No way am I contacting a lawyer until I get official notice from their lawyer......which I'm 99% sure they don't have.....Let her walk and give her the prorated rent.......If you want to cover your ***, spend the $$ on getting a mold remediation inspection...... they will find mold... they always do...... its a matter of type and concentration....mold is EVERYWHERE......Worst 0.00000001% chance this goes anywhere, you can show you immediately let her out of the lease and immediately did a professional and thorough check of the premises.....case closed.
