None of the woodwork has been painted over (yaaaay), but it looks like someone took a screwdriver to it in many places.  

It's not as hard as it seems and people come out of the woodwork with money.

Since I started the group, I have met many many investors that I never even knew were in my area and I am able to increase the scope of what I can do for people as I meet new contacts and referral sources - it seems the opportunities start coming out of the woodwork.

so a concern would be that the owner provide toys instead of your woodwork to keep the bird busy when the owner is not home.
