Are there any under 25 year old landlords out there in Baltimore?

I'm curious as to whether or not there are any young landlords out there, working it in Baltimore. I have been to numerous meet ups and always come across landlords who are mostly way past their 20's. So it made me curious if there are any out there. I know there are but where are you all hiding?

It would be cool to connect with individuals that are my age and like minded. Very hard to come by. If there is a small supply of under 25 year of age landlords in Baltimore, then I could be one of the biggest under 25 years of age landlords in the area and not know it! lol (winner by default).

So come on out of the wood works. I know yall are out there!

• I run a Meet-Up in Baltimore, there are lots of people under 25 who are out there doing real estate transactions. 
• I got excited about real real estate at age 20, just having served three years in the Army, stationed in Germany.
• I couldn't get enough of it, I thought it was the most exciting thing I ever encountered .........the idea of creating income, a cash flow from the smallest particle in the universe ......... a THOUGHT.
• Taking that thought, that desire, and converting them to cash was absolutely amazing to me.
• The very idea that it was possible to make money without a job thrilled me.
• Real estate today, now in my 70's, is still exciting and rewarding.
• Hang in there and your youthful desires, energy and your thoughts will materialize  and reward you beyond your greatest expectations.
