From what I understand from associates in the industry, they have problems with hackers getting access and listing the property on craigslist.  

You want to make sure they:Have worked with house hackers before; the rules change depending on what loan type you use and how many units you purchase.

@John Walter As a home-owner (house-hacker) and active RE agent in Bayonne I can tell you there has been a lot of investment/development along Broadway and around all 4 light rail "hubs".

Too many times you'll see investors/house hackers on here asking how they can buy their next property when a lot of times it could have been taken care of on the front end with a little strategizing.
