Jeff Oberts and don’t forget to send your guests and make them sign the rental agreement (easier done on vrbo than AirBnB) that says “if you break your finger it’s not my problem” so these situations never occur.

It was basically a "point the finger at other tenants for high usage each and every month" To their benefit in many ways I agreed with them as I wouldn't want to pay for other people who weren't responsible for water usage.

Emergency room personnel they can tell you that on a daily basis they deal with multiple dog bites and repair terrible situations to kids faces and fingers..that are NEVER reported this is DAILY mind you.. and the dog is a 25 pound or less dog that has you said you could "drop kick".
