Some windows need to be updated or replaced.Sewer line is good, but sinks need to be snaked (grease).Upper unit has a working furnace. 

We did not snake the sewage line out to the street. 

I also eat lightning and crap thunder.

I got a text from a tenant this morning that basically said:  The tub is draining slowly, I called a plumber and he charged me $300 to snake the drain.

I'm going to let this go since I don't feel lizards and snakes are a reason to evict, and they did pay a big pet deposit for their dogs.

I have called Snake 'n' Rooter a couple of times, for my residence, and been happy with the service.The first time was when I first moved in, to replace a leaking main shutoff valve, and the bathroom tub/shower valve. 

I actually punch people (in a nice way) when I go to free seminars where workshops and courses are sold by snake oil salesmen.

My full time job is a Snake specialist for the Orianne Center for Indigo Conservation.
