Hi Derek,If your immediate goal to supercharge your real estate empire, having liquidity is critical to accomplish your short term or long term goal.I have a suggestion that you can look into and see if that works for you.

My mother (who I convinced to get her license) has taken a craigslist advertising model that I handed her and super-charged it.She's closed two deals off it since February (2.5 months) and has 2 more under contract.She's running around like crazy with buyers right now too.I'd say that's pretty good.

When you do it this way, you supercharge your portfolio!

An Idea to super charge your returns might be live in the DADU and rent out the main house to get more cash in!
