Hi everyone! My name is Morgan and I am new here on BiggerPockets. I just finished the book "How to Invest in Real Estate" and am excited to join this community! I am leaning towards the strategy of house hacking, and hope to buy a duplex, triplex, or quadplex in the coming months. I am located near Richmond Virginia! Welcome to bigger pockets. So much great information here and great people. I would say if you have not started already to make sure you are already pre approved with a lender so that in the event a deal comes your way your ready to execute and move forward. Good luck on your search.
