I've come to the conclusion that this seems like the most interesting game I could possibly come up with, but that I seriously need to learn more before I try my hand at it.So, here I am.

So I came to the following conclusion...The scary/awesome thing is that at the end of the day NO ONE but you can awnser that question.

I can hook you up with a number of people that are offering an entire portfolio for sale, because they have arrived at that conclusion.

I think I’ve come to the conclusion that I do not want exclusively 1br.The units I’ve looked at are in walk-up buildings.

I have come to the conclusion that I need a mentor in real estate investing. 

Now, I’m not jumping to conclusions quite yet but she said she will need to be creative in offering me a referral fee and she has to list only with the sellers.

We have though of anywhere from Phoenix to Jacksonville but have yet to come to a conclusion.

IE simply searching out the data that justifies their decision/conclusion.

The conclusion of the video would be me explaining my real estate investing goals, then inviting other investors to contact me if their goals aligned with mine and would like to work together in the future. 

It was very difficult to get any info about the tenants before we purchased the property and soon after we purchased it the tenants in one house moved out.I realize this is a very small sample size to draw any conclusions from, but I guess I want to challenge the belief that it is better for the owner that the tenant not to know who he or she is.
