I would recommend a real estate CPA specialized that knows how to handle sub to transactions.

Hi @Eric JohnsonAs you bein your real estate investing journey I would suggest that you assemble your team of pros around you (like the avengers) AKA Your Core 41.

For real estate investors, adapting to these changes isn’t just about avoiding fines—it’s about protecting your investment and maintaining a solid reputation. 

This does pose a challenge since that real estate is a lot more expensive than if you go more west and south.

They make their money off of real estate agents, but real estate agents are the worst people to make money off because they are highly unreliable and in and out of the business when the market changes.Their target should be the consumer with higher levels that they can subscribe too for data, since Zillow is linked to the MLS now which makes their data somewhere more reliable.

The bigger brokerages usually focus more on Retail sales then teaching you the ins and outs of Real Estate investing.
