It certainly is not recommended, and most likely the movement that would occur will strain and weaken the structure, requiring additional work to reinstall.

You should be able to correct those issues temporarily relatively inexpensively but come spring/early summer, you should tear apart around and underneath the windows and replace rotten wood and reinstall correctly.to r event major damage we the road.

I've talked to people who specialize in moving these things and typically you can get the job done and the unit completely moved and re-installed for under $5000. 

I've been calling around and have had a hard time finding someone to agree to move a washer and dryer and re-install it.

i'd not count dual rents in a sfh until factoring in reinstalling the 2nd meter and possibly pulling permits and lots of $$$ all in all, to get it passed as a 2.
