It may depend on which agent can prove procuring cause for you making the offer, not which agent writes the offer.Just sending an email may not be considered procuring cause.

In our agreements (Florida), it further states what is to happen if the buyer does decide to purchase a property that was brought to the buyer during the representation, both directly and indirectly (procuring cause), for a time period after the end of the agreement.The bottom line, the buyer needs to read the contract.

In other words, when a second (or other junior) lienholder is bidding in a case where the first position lender is the foreclosing plaintiff, well the second lienholder is just like any other bidder (although in the typical line of order in which payments are disbursed to lienholders after a foreclosure auction, some of their money paid to procure the "winning bid" will actually be paid back to them based on their lien's position).
