When your LLC takes a loan, expect as members to personally guarantee the debt.

I personally spend about 50K a year in masterminds and always get my money back just through network of individuals you get access to.

I am not a huge fan of them personally as they are PE investors and have a very, very narrow view of the industry and how it should be approached. 

Gordon is the owner, I doubt whether he could completely hide behind his LLC to protect personal liability. 

Take into consideration that when the person you gifted the property to will have special tax considerations as well 

They're long distance typically so viewing the space in person isn't usually a priority, and this saves you time from having to drive over and schedule facetime tours :)

Dumb question - but are these auctions online only, or in-person? 

They will schedule an inspection to verify that the second bedroom does in fact exist in the apartment.I am not sure, I believe it’s because this apartment is only being rented by one person on the lease.
