It has generated good traffic so far (mostly from Zillow I think, and a couple calls from CL).However,  today I got in touch with someone who found my house posted fraudulently on Point2homes.com, with a much lower rent and amazing features like Ocean Views and on and on.

For example, in NC the only dark blue areas are the largest counties in the state, even though Brunswick (Wilmington NC) and Pender Counties are growing faster as a percentage of population increase.

Red state and blue states seem to be drifting apart rapidly on property rights. 

While ours is a decidely blue collar neighborhood, it has the benefit of a lot of older neighbors who have been in their homes for years if not decades.
