Good afternoon investors, I am in an odd predicament as I purchased an investment property in New Orleans LA with the Previous owners tenants living there.

I am in the same predicament.

(I locked everything up b4 I left.)The moral of the story, there are good ppl and not so good ppls; nevertheless, we need to always look to protect our interests, this is our business and our lively-hood.

Moral of the story: I got lucky this time - but when driving for dollars - especially in sketchy neighborhoods  - maybe it's best to stay in the car.
