It has to be a "milestone".

This is a major milestone for us, and also for the people that helped get us to where we are.

I can not yet mention much (at least not in public) but when I have actual numbers graphs and concrete proof that it works, I will open my big mouth about it... but being really savvy on everything marketing I can tell you right now, this will be a game changer!

Trust me, they are bragging left and right on their ads how they got people 20 leads here and 400 leads there, and all sorts of SEO graphs on their website, but they can't give you a friggin estimate on what to expect???

You need your entire original credit/origination file, complete servicing history and documented milestones in the default process.

It is a bit early to tell but I choose to believe this as believing often makes things happen.So when I do find the opportunity to make a significant profit, why not share that, make less right now, but turbocharge the linear graph into a parabolic or exponential one shortening the time it takes to reach your end goals.:)

One of my contractors provides contracts/quotes that look amazing, complete with a calendar of work milestones, as well as high-quality prints for cabinet/appliance/flooring options.  

So my wife and I are driving through the middle of Illinois on our way to Indianapolis. My phone is ringing and it's from a local # back in St. Louis. I don't know the number but figure what the heck why not answer it...

It should give you the first year cash on cash return, and also 'milestone' points at 2 years, 5 years, 10 years etc.
