I don't know if this is a newbie but if so, they are ahead of the curve in regard to most mid-level investors.

Panelists were seasoned pros, very helpful and I was surprised by the level of experience amongst the attendees. 

We are a Full Service Brokerage and Property Management company.

It taught me high level knowledge of syndication and a lot of the legal aspects, which I found very valuable in order to speak to a higher level of investors, beyond mom & pops.

I also run a cleaning business in Las Vegas that works with a lot of real estate investors and property managers, which has been a great way to meet industry professionals.

I know nothing about which state is best to invest in, and obviously I would be using a property manager.

A manager will roughly cost $100-$150 a month to take over a unit (it could be more or less in your market) and manage the units.

Looking for a local connection with experience or network within construction management field that has done a development deal or know someone that has.

Often the unit looks terrible when you’re showing it and is a waste of time.Most owners expect a property manager to work 24 seven but are only willing to pay them six cents to ten cents on the dollar.
