Hello, I have an eviction action judgement against a former tenant and wondered if anyone had used a debt collector in the Phoenix area that you would recommend, to help collect the overdue rent and fees outlined in the judgement?

@Irving Garcia, I also live in San Diego and love to brainstorm and seek opportunity for a ground up new construction, which is fiercely competitive now days and challenging with an uptick in material cost and scarcity, but a firm believer of old saying “there is way when there is a Will”,,,, I knew of an opportunity in Old Del Mar, just the beginning of the year, that a house with 1,100 SF’ building on an approximately 9,000 SF’ land sold for $2.375m that after demolishing the building could build up to 4,000 SF’ and and potentially sell for $1800 per SF,, although very lengthy and challenging project going through city and coastal permits but at the end leaves respectable margins!

Don’t expect lengthy answers as it become annoying to have to repeat yourself over and over.However once you would have read all the prior answers and still have a specific question, by all means ask for it.

Do we need to provide a lot of documents to get a loan on LLC or is it a lengthy process to get loan on LLC istead getting a loan on individual persons?.

@Wesley Mullen unless those matched funds have some lengthy vesting period AND you know you wont be at the company to collect them, always take the match.
