Right now it is sitting on the market going into winter in Iowa (2 inches of snow today), we all know how many people want to move into a new house in the snow.  

We wheel and deal like that often (when I say "we" I mean my PMs. 

We drove out to the property which was very secluded, way off the beaten path, after a recent snow required 4 wheel drive to access. 

Don't try to reinvent the wheel as a beginner. 

All in all, I feel like I'm spinning my wheels and have the initial doubts that I'm sure most have had.WHAT DO I WANT FROM YOU GUYS: Knowledge and Accountability, plain and simple.

This can have a loop hole if you talk a general contractor into letting you be the sub contractor and not taking pay ( you might have to grease the wheels for the General Contractor to let you do this).  

They are both built in a factory, but one is delivered on a flatbed and the other on its own frame and wheels.

(my house came within 2 inches of flooding- but did not flood. 

Listen to the @Gino Barbaro podcasts, they say go for it "Lean into" deals, but you gotta have cash to get the wheels moving with the bank, then once you have the "relationship", you can do lots of things.

On a slab foundation the soil should be 4-6 inches below the top of the concrete but if it is not, and the soil gets saturated one of two things (or both) happen.
