It was assembled at the lowest cost because no renter will complain about your paint edges being imperfect.

New with warranty but maybe a small imperfection.

It has great cushion on it and has a lot of forgiveness for an imperfect floor.it is waterPROOF, not just water resistant like some other lvp. 

Hides imperfections pretty well!

If it functioned as it should, and looked ok but used as often is the case in rentals, then no.I am of the opinion that if your new tenant is such a diva that she would complain about a slight physical imperfection you should probably brace yourself because the unreasonable requests are going to be coming hard and fast.

Definitely sand imperfections and residue that you can't clean off.

Real estate is a VERY imperfect science. 

Yeah, we understand, when all things are equal we would always choose the property with the nice and respectful middle aged couple with no kids, no pets, and excellent credit… but don’t let the imperfect tenant prevent you from pursuing a good deal.

In all cases they can be laid over existing flooring or subflooring even if there are minor floors in the existing surface (ie gaps, broken tile, shifted peel and stick type tile) providing the imperfection is not large.

Sounds right to me but if you have imperfections to cover go as flat as you can.Curious if any of you have had to paint the hot water baseboard covers and if so what you use.
