We've been in the property management game for over 11 years, managing over 1,300 properties with a fantastic team of 40 employees.

Contractor's painters are employees with 10-20 yrs tenure with company.   

Are they scruffy and poor, or do they look like W2 employees.

There's many ways to go about it.When you say building a team, are you looking for 1099s or employees?
