Our current Governor's executive orders has suspended evictions and landlord-initiated lease terminations.

There's still a good chance they will be continued beyond April 3, the governor typically decides with less than a week to go that he will extend it Once it was on two days notice.

Law in the USA is not made or changed by executive order of a president or governor, and it sure as heck is not made or changed by the CDC! 

@Brandon Lubich The current Governors Order does not allow a landlord to terminate a tenancy unless you the owner will move into the unit within 7 days. 

In the state of Virginia, the governor already passed the bill into law to extend the eviction moratorium to July 2022.

If a governor, government or governing health  entity can make a rule that we can't evict for non--payment of rent, let's reduce the amount considered 'rent'. 

No eviction per the CDC and in my state per the Governor.
