Canadians have a strong bias towards using Realtors and banks and generally don't know about the alternatives, so as a wholesaler there's not only the privacy issues, but a basic trust issue when asking a stranger to sell me their house.So Tiago, you suggest driving for dollars and just straight up knocking on those doors?

It is 2017, and nobody even thinks gender roles. 

Hardwood is my choice but I'm biased.

Yeah, we are biased because we are alumni of Tech, but it really is a great city, and I am super excited to begin investing there.  

When you see a property where the numbers are solid, have a bias for action and if you find something that meets your criteria, jump in.

It could be that I have bias because of the US levels of return.

So I feel pretty biased in this and feel obligated to say check all the other potential issues off the list before blaming the agent!

Therefore, I invest where I spend most of my time, which is Deer Park and Silverton (east side) Perhaps I am biased though!
