I read mixed opinions scattered across BP blogs.

Imagine if you were showing your property to potential tenants and there was trash scattered all about the place.  

These people have a kid or kids that have friends in the neighborhood they go to school with, a lot of STUFF scattered throughout the house, and lives they can’t disrupt to move everything. 

A bunch of others scattered through out LA/OC. 53 units altogether and in the process of buying 2 more right now and building 10 more. 

I've read some scattered horror stories about Lennar and it seems that third party inspectors are the best way to make sure things are going ok?
