Real estate investments can make or break a person's financial future and exploiting someone like this isn't acceptable.

It puts you at a disadvantage and you will probably get exploited along the way as to how certain things go (without even knowing it).  

You offer a great service in PropertyRadar and the fraud and exploitation you mentioned is difficult to combat.

I realize it is in the agreement but I thought this was mainly a clause to stop exploitation of the bank.

My experience has been that if you really want to help these people and you're not just there to exploit their situation, that intention comes through and it really can be a pleasureable experience.

You've got to find niches that you have expertise in that others don't, exploit it, and then shut your mouth about it for as long as you can because others are going to figure out where your fishing hole is eventually and steal all the fish.

I'm not advocating buying or selling real estate just to exploit this (or any) tax loophole.

Don't buy, if the only way you can make the numbers work is by exploiting the tenant.
