End of rant - continue!

I'm trying my best to prevent mold growth, so I asked tenants for their renters insurance, to which he said, "our renters was with geico and we just switched insurance providers this month and have not got a policy active yet." 

I like to see the yearly growth up too, which is happening so it's definitely a place to think about! 

It's an asset that will continue to grow as more and more people and institutions begin to adopt it as a safer hedge against inflation than precious metals. 

Hmmmm why does the same person own both, but they've let the house go to foreclosure, but continue to pay on the tennis court?   

I am looking to grow the portfolio to short term rents in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Columbus has some solid fundamentals like job growth, population growth, and entry prices that still make sense compared to rents.

They can switch to whatever company they want and continue to do bad business.
