@Deba Douglas Not a lawyer, nor CPA, your due dilligence required, but here is my 2¢:The LLC gives you liability protection or litigation insurance, which complements regular insurance (which doesn't cover you in all scenarios and whatever limits).

Front door and garage door could stay white since your gutters, fascia and soffitt are white but they'd be nicer in a warmer white that complemented the warm tones of the brick, instead of cool white like they are.4.

Those shortcuts are great to complement someone who's already experienced and can implement them well, but amateurish and gimmicky to the beginner.So yeah.. you will have learned something valuable, but 99% of the audience will never make money with it because they don't have the foundation (education, financial resources, network etc) to actually implement it properly.Personally I would always learn by trial-and-error rather than by dumping $50,000 into a course.

I would definitely recommend the more direct approach like direct mail (i.e. postcards, letters).I would not STOP completely from throwing signs, but I'd look to increase the volume of how many you throw and also implementing a direct mail campaign to complement it.

If you are not on the same page with other life goals then the real estate is not going to gel well and constantly be fighting with the other things instead of complementing things.
