I block off super popular dates (like 4th of July week), then unblock them 2-3 weeks beforehand with much higher prices than I would have gotten if I'd left them open 6 months ahead. 

Slack and other well known sites are blocked.

Find out if there is a wall with convenient access to plumbing drains. and if that area could work as a kitchen.

I was trying to PM you, but it seems there is a pending request and so it blocked me.  

They said I'm going to be put under and have a nerve block.  

However, the GC I hired was wildly incompetent so they missed critical components like the HVAC, we had to redo the sewer drain to the house, holding costs delays … you name it.

Special assessment can be a huge financial drain if they come up unforeseen.You can also consider single family homes or townhouses in town in FWB or Navarre.

Stop all communication with them, block their number, and move on.

The simplest fix for this would be BP implementing a mute/block feature that actually does what you'd expect it to do.Currently, they do have a "block" feature but I believe it only stops people from being able to send you direct messages.

And for a 80 yr old, it better have grab bars attached to blockings.
