my view is that people new to RE auction will pay close to retail to win a property but the regulars attendees will complete some purchases that can make a profit. 

Our meetings alternate between Waltham and Worcester, have no selling, and attract between 60-125 attendees depending on topic.  

At this event I will be talking about private lending, setting up investment Hui's (syndications), and then an open forum to discuss any REI-related questions from attendees.

@Craig Palmateer the www.actioninvestorsnetwork.com meeting has plenty of attendees from Saratoga county.

I've just checked online to see what's available and it looks like the basic introductory course I found is a 6-hour course with separate reading material that the attendees will need to study on their own time.

Within the group of regular attendees there are investors who specialize in each of those three exit strategies.  

You can go to their bootcamps and find many of the attendees are also investors.

Felt interesting and may be they are more interested in the attendees bringing the deals to them that pass the criteria in which they would fund and take a cut.

I am going to my first real estate meeting big one with 60 attendees.

After that there is usually a featured speaker on an important topic.There’s typically a good mix of attendees - usually one or more attorneys, a number of agents, many experienced investors, landlords, flippers, rehabbers, contractors, lenders, etc.
