I also use a GIS mapping website like this one I found for Orange county CA http://gis.co.orange.nc.us/land/search.asp Click on “land records division" on the left Then select "Orange county interactive GIS mapping systems" Click on "accept limitations" Enter the last name first then their first name (Johnson Judy) then click on the little binoculars next to the box in which you entered the name.

My experience with the landlord tenant court (Denver County) is that it operates more like Judge Judy than Perry Mason.

I don't advertise month to month I don't want transient renters, once they show up for appointment and if theyI feel they are good candidate before application I let them know I'm month to month only.. never had a issue yet.Ya need to watch some Judge Judy.. :)
