They are looking from the inside out at exposure to trees, ADA, trip and fall, wind storm, hail, lighting, bed bugs, dog bites, eviction....so the cost to eliminate the exposure for the product you are selling is maybe small to you, but to them there are a dozen similar concerns.

And like you said they would be responsible for returning to the original condition upon moving out.Good points though I will ask if they require any accommodations and see how that will work out if they doIt's not exactly specified in the Fair Housing Act/American w/ Disabilities Act (ADA).
