Scott Smith TAG Issues with BP Articles

When I review the articles on the Wordpress site there is only a "-" where the Tags should be, but when I write and submit the post for approval I always try add a few relevant Tags along with the SEO keyword.What am I missing?

For me, it helped to start a giant wiki (wordpress) with very broad general categories.
