@Wave Taylor, you jumped off the high diving board before opening your eyes?

Every time we cook our alarms go off throughout the whole house, and there is nothing we can do except grab a pillow and wave it over the sensor!

I tell little girls just how adorable they are; I hold the door for my elders, & always let them go ahead of me (even when they take their time); & I stop to let cars out in traffic, allow people the right of way in crosswalks, & politely wave when everyone else beeps at me in appreciation ;0)To say the least some of my ways are a bone of contention for most of my Mass friends that explain to me (over, & over, & over) that my "friendliness" gives off the wrong impression ;0).

AZ used to also be great for it, Phoenix specifically, but while the market fundamentals are great there, the cash flow has gone to fairly negative now since the big wave of investors bought everything up a few years ago. 

Got in before them in Phoenix in 2009, road the wave up that they helped create 2010-2016.

We have seen so many people trying to join the Real Estate wave and come in to the market. 

I'm looking to make some monster waves in the industry as well!

Generally I've found that if you find one reputable company and continue to use them they'll be more prone to wave some of those show up fees.As far as new appliances are concerned, I've been using Lowes. 

On their website they state they are "making waves on Bigger Pockets", but I see no references on this site other than a copy and paste of their website verbiage in a blog post.

Last week I was almost ready to just give up on finding an FHA-eligible fourplex in SoCal and wave the white flag and go turnkey in Memphis just for the sake of doing something.
