As a Real Estate investor and learning to study the market, we all know that the Real Estate market has been at unbelievable rates the last few years. It reminds me of Warren Buffets quote "Be Fearful When Others Are Greedy and Greedy When Others Are Fearful".  We have seen so many people trying to join the Real Estate wave and come in to the market.

I was wondering what people here at BP thought in terms of the market adjustment that eventually will occur. How do you prepare for this and what strategies do you use to help reduce risk and continue to earn in a bad market?

P.S i am in the Boston, MA Market.
