I feel like after reading a couple of books the overarching mentality, techniques and methods on real estate investing would become repetitive but i also want to do my due diligence and get smart before rushing and failing at my first real estate investment. 

Does anyone have any recommendations on software or techniques one can use in order to speed up the process?

Brandons book on no and low investing does not go into much detail at all about legality and techniques and most videos do not either.Thoughts from experience?
