That's my perception of him when we talked this morning.

@Jorge MaassThis is a tough scenario, and I will share my thoughts as well as my perception from others. 

Menace to society that guy...Trust me, there are worst things out there.

Or, if your building is in a pod of say 4-6 units, separate from the others, find out what it would cost to fix YOUR building and then feel out the other owners to see if they would be willing to split the cost.Don't sue yourself...Sorry to sound harsh, but we live in such a litigious society that it drives me crazy. 

I would hate to have that gene pool added to our society.

As a real estate owner I feel this is a good thing but as a member of society I know it is not.

Some lenders shuttered their CMBS lending units altogether or reduced staff to those focusing on balance sheet bridge loans in order to maintain the perception of being “in business” and ready when CMBS demand increases.

It's sad, but that is the society in which we live.  

Getting great tenants is fairly easy despite the crime because it is close to the major job centers and the perception is that we are turning the corner slowly.

but I guess some people just like to look at the catastrophe in everything first,  its nice to have that perceptive some time, but i personally like to look at all things in a positive light.
