The jumpers in the meter slots don't look heavy enough to carry much more than about a 60 amp load, if that.

I live in Montgomery county, and beltway traffic has got so bad I'm no longer even considering PG, DC, NOVA, although I have properties in Arlington, I'm not going to expand there.  

They get it with their move-in folder in the little biz card slot.

I use the storage room at my apartment building installed a very nice mail slot and gave the door a number.

All of that to say, the primary gaps in my team are the contractor/subcontractor slots.

People have no problems "liking" on Facebook for 3 hours straight, but give them an online application, and they'll fill it out by Labor Day - that's why I like RentPrep - people fill out a 2 pg application, then I upload the data to RentPrep who does the rest.  

Orem, springville, spanish fork, lehi, AF, PG, and Eagle mountain all have pretty easy to work with zoning dept.  

Good opportunity to explain that they should get it and that your are not responsible for their losses if, for example, a break in happens.These documents go in a folder with a business card in the slot, so packet is professional and presentable at signing.
