They seem to know a dude, that has a contact, that has a friend, that has a 3 week old copy of some bogus, outdated portfolio.What is the trick to finding real people, not someone that knows someone?

Although it's my first book soley on foreclosures I have to think there are better ones out there then this.His advice seemed to be a bit out dated, he was very wordy with the way he explained such simple things(made it confusing by the end).

well, if ur credit sucks and you want to be a real estate guru then you ought to start selling books on how to buy houses and use informercials to sell illegal and/or outdated ideas on how to invest in real estate. then you'll be just like those idiots you mentioned (Whitney, Allen, RK, etc)ok, seriously... stop reading anything by them. they are all frauds.

That's outdated in my opinion and it can be quite expensive to have a Delaware entity and then being forced to file as a foreign entity in your home state.

Though, I'm considering giving this deal to an investor if I can get the price down low enough.The place is a complete mess, the garage is used as a bedroom, paint colors are neon colors, countertop tiles are black, everything is outdated by @ least 10-15 yrs, but no structural damages.
