How To Buy Foreclosed Real Estate- By Theo Dallow

Out of the 5 or so books I have read in the past 10 months this has been my least favorite. Although it's my first book soley on foreclosures I have to think there are better ones out there then this.

His advice seemed to be a bit out dated, he was very wordy with the way he explained such simple things(made it confusing by the end). The book just didn't flow like some other books I have read lately.

He sounds like an old school guy and maybe that approach just comes across as dry/boring when you are reading or maybe it just went over my head for parts of the foreclosure process.

I'd give it a D. Don't waste your money theres gotta be better reads then this on foreclosures.
