REO
Hello all,
I am reading all the post on REOs and I have a question for the seasoned Investors. Is there a "Script" for contacting the banks or their REO Agent about making an offer on their inventory.
I've been looking in my community local paper in the Legal Notice section where Pre-Foreclosure notices are posted. The lending companies (Banks) and their Attorneys are usually listed in the notice. I'm thinking of creating a database with these Banks to send out mass mailing campaign.
please reply with your expert advise.
Thanks, staffyp :groovy:
