Do you hate moisture?

Dehumidifiers cant dry behind the sheet rock, minimally I would guess the ceilings need to come down and bottom part of walls to remove moisture and water logged insulation.

The moisture was trapped under the plastic, so it was much slower.

I saw some indications on the forum here that the moisture may cause the paint to peel.

Roof leaks, termite damages, moisture damages and mold etc...The bank held it and just listed it for sale.All of the above issues are expected.However, the spot where the siding has rotted out, it's literally swarming with several dozens of hornets or bees.

Not that this is always indicative of heaving or moisture, but other signs can include cracked tiles or grout cracking in an otherwise good tile job, bulged wood flooring, corners of vinyl squares coming up, etc, especially if near a bath or kitchen sink.

Otherwise the brick will suck moisture out of your stucco decreasing its strength.

Economical and circulating air reduces moisture in the unit and thus less potential for mold.

Is this a normal thing with moisture trapped under the laminate padding?

With the wood exterior underneath the foam, I don't think the stud cavity will have moisture problems?
