Dehumidifiers cant dry behind the sheet rock, minimally I would guess the ceilings need to come down and bottom part of walls to remove moisture and water logged insulation.

Not that this is always indicative of heaving or moisture, but other signs can include cracked tiles or grout cracking in an otherwise good tile job, bulged wood flooring, corners of vinyl squares coming up, etc, especially if near a bath or kitchen sink.
