There are cheaper one’s in D/F areas but I would be careful as those can create a laundry list of additional issues.

While searching for a home to buy I was purposely looking for a property that had a separate entrance, full windows (egress), own bathroom, and the space to create a one bedroom, full kitchen and laundry separate living space.

Ended up getting the property back and sold for a wash.

In all seriousness, there should be some wash out during the course of your build. 

I’ve seen many people get creative offering many projects like car washes, propane, u haul rentals, food, etc.

In a mobile home park, most of the value is in the underground infrastructure, roads, landscaping, amenities, pools, fencing, pads, utility pedestals, etc, while only a small portion of the value comes from a building, like a clubhouse or laundry facility.
