Well, unless a leprechaun told me there was a pot of gold stashed inside somewhere.

Since I'll be in the truck a lot, and don't have a lot of monthly expenses, I took up this gig to stash away every penny I make for REI while continuing to build my trading account at the firm.

When the Police  came the second day, and saw the stairs were back, they told us that stairs are usually where druggies store their "stash".  

It has gotten so bad that some joker called MassHomeSale dot com keeps hammering our Craigslist :).

I won't get involved with someone's stash unless they had kids and I'd mention it to the parents, if it was just some tokers I'd probably ignore it unless it was a very large bag......then it's dealing and I may revert back to my first comment.

There are a lot of jokers trying to get into the bulk market spaces and, I always run for the hills when I start hearing all the jargon-like NCND, LOI, POF, Mandate, Compiler, etc....

For now, keep selling those houses and stashing away the cash while you learn more about flipping.

So, if you stashed away 6 month reserves for all your rentals into a separate fund, is that good enough to wiggle yourself out of a sticky situation in the future or does it need to be more than 6 months?
