I am relocating out of state and am actually trying to sell my 6 duplexes (Harvard, IL)  because I don't want to manage from afar.

Also remember that , I subscribed and read all the Harvard business review articles on this topic but the book beat all of them .

There was an expectation of different results, a "tampering down" on inflation and this is a Harvard/Yale way of saying "Wow, WTF, aaahhh, didn't expect that, WTF, aaahhhh, we did this rate thing and thought it would shazam things to being cheaper, huh, our bad.".

We are flipping a home on Harvard Ave, hoping to have it on the market in the next 2-3 weeks.
