Our group has a little bit of everything at the moment and is always open to others.My wife and I had some of these same issues when deciding what to do and shiny object syndrome gets me every time I see a project.I suggest just picking one to start with, Long Term Rental might be the easiest then after you get that done you could try another method after that until you are confident and understand the processes to tackle multiple at once.

I know I did. its that I gotta have it now and get rich syndrome that creates these settings were the Guru's can sell their programs..I don't agree with their tactic to get people to raise credit card limits to pay for programs.

There are two hazards here:1) shiny object syndrome where you are jumping from niche to niche. 2) people use the need to obtain more knowledge as an excuse.

Look at any investment in any time and you will find people who look like Nostradamus, and people who missed the boat for whatever reason - fear, horse-drawn carriage syndrome, mistaken assumptions, etc.The bottom line is that you'll never know for sure except in the rear-view mirror.

Maybe it's due to the current market, but the folks who are interested are not that successful in the different areas described in David's book and seem to suffer from "shiny object syndrome".When working with the TK providers I use, it's their business and their livelihood.
