Maybe or maybe not, but i'd venture to say that more professionals look to real estate as a supplement to their income, a way to build wealth than those that look to build it as a career from the ground up.Sorry to ramble, hopefully i made some sense out of this post.

I'm looking to supplement my income with passive income from real estate, right now in two ways - 1.

A comparable dwelling unit:• Is constructed in accordance with the standards of chapter 4 of the 2006 International Energy Conservation Code as such Code (including supplements) was in effect on January 1, 2006,• Has air conditioners with a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) of 13, measured in accordance with 10 C.F.R. 430.23(m), and• Has heat pumps with a SEER of 13 and a Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF) of 7.7, measured in accordance with 10 C.F.R. 430.23(m).All of our AC and heating units are SEER rated 13 or higher, and I found the construction codes for the IECC chapter 4 and in reading them we appear to meet all of those requirements.

We get the letters of explanations up front prior to submission, title supplements, VOEs, insurance, CPL letter, etc prior to submission.

I'm hoping 2015 will be the beginning to a fruitful REI career to supplement my (hopefully) successful real estate agent career.Long story short, I'm still starting.

Here are some more tips to supplement the answers you have already: 1) Depending on your market you need to know WHAT creates or diminishes value.

What I am interested in is gaining supplemental income, albeit minimal, while increasing our overall net worth.

I will be starting realtor classes soon to supplement the investing side of the business.

We hope to supplement my husbands income so that we can have more options for our family.
