People draw conclusions about a person within minutes of meeting them.

I could see different judges coming to different conclusions.

Before you jump to the wrong conclusion, don't assume this is a specific political party. 

Todd, up here on the West Side I've followed the local Beaverton/Hillsboro/Silicon Forrest market for about 10 years and have come to the conclusion that jobs are the bigger factor than interest rates, 401K value direction, gold prices, etc.Almost every new construction development has always advertised INTEL & NIKE EMPLOYEES WELCOME offering discounts.

The net conclusion should be that you need to do your own homework and represent yourself.

That won't be as conclusive, but I may be able to find something for you.IMO - Tenants are temporary problems.  

It is a blue print of what a seller needs to see on the site in order for them to fill in the form.As you can see,... mos clicks go to the how it works page, the about us page and the our company page.So the conclusion is that BEFORE ANYONE fills in the form, IF they are motivated at least, they need to know how it works and they need to know more about you!

I just had another conversation with them just moments ago and came to the same conclusion that I must stay in control of that piece, at least for now.

@Chris SeveneyI've been using CFD and standard mortgages, not enough volume to draw true conclusions. 

However, he will shy away from the 150-units deals because he says he is no interest in becoming the next big developer/investor with 100 employees and offices across the country.I bring this point up to highlight that some of us have an intrinsic style of investing and don't see investments the same way regardless of mathematical conclusions.
